Completed as Captain
W.F. Baddams for South Australian Department
of Marine and Harbours as a lighthouse and
buoy tender. Purchased by Sea Lion Industries
Pty. Ltd., Hobart, in 1981 and based at
Hobart for squid fishing in Bass Strait
from 1983 renamed Sea Lion. Purchased September
1990 by Mr. Ian McFarlane for use as a private
vessel. Arrived at Wellington on 15 December
1990.
